Miracles in Ohrigstad
After our visit to Cape Town we travelled to Ohrigstad, sleeping one night in Bloemfontein and our cousins, Johannes and Rianda and two nights in Pretoria at our other cousins, Schalk and Christelle. We really enjoy spending time with our family and getting to know them a bit more before we depart. For the children it is also very nice to spend time with the younger cousins, and I am sure they will remember them now.
We also spend some time with our sending cell during a soup and bread evening and Danie had time to give feedback on this USA trip.
Then we were off to Ohrigstad where my parents stay. We spend a wonderful Mothers day there and on the Monday we took Jac to see a psychologist. We have been suspecting that something was not quit right for the past year, but you know parents, always in some kind of denial when it comes to their children.
We were told that our beautiful little Jac was autistic. This was not a big surprise but still a shock to our system. But this is where the miracles started. God blessed our family with a wonderful paediatric psychologist, speech therapist and Occupational therapist within one week, all with extremely good knowledge of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Our anxiety and fears about ASD was quickly put to rest and we have hope for Jac and his future.
Thank you for all the prayers and support we have received in this regard. God has really worked miracles' here.

The news of Jac - wow, what to say? Strength, strength and determination and perseverance, may it be heaped upon you in glorious mounds. And laughter and small intimate moments to treasure forever. This new autism-pro communication, may the doors just fly open with it!
Would love to see you when in Joburg.
Love and hugs and blessings
